ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Dashcam video from a Florida Highway Patrol patrol car shows a motorcycle pursuit along 38th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, according to authorities.
The rider, wearing a black helmet, was traveling with a passenger in a white helmet.
