The horrific moment a mom and her two young children were mown down by an 18-wheeler while heading to school was caught on camera.
The mother was walking with her son and daughter, holding each of them by the hand when they stepped to cross the road. The lorry had been stopped but as they moved to pass in front of it, the vehicle started moving again.
