HARLEM, N.Y. (PIX11) — A group of people were arrested after police uncovered an alleged drug trafficking operation at Harlem’s Lincoln Houses, a NYCHA complex, the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office said.
A total of six individuals face charges following a year-long investigation that included undercover drug purchases and court-authorized searches. The alleged mastermind of the operation, Darryl Bullock, 36, of the Bronx, faces 35 counts alone, the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office said.
According to the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office, police began their investigation after responding to community complaints about drug dealers regularly gathering to sell drugs on East 132nd Street between 5th and Madison Avenues.
