Police in the Bronx are trying to put names to two faces after a late-night run-in outside an east Bronx bar turned into a gunpoint robbery, according to investigators.
The NYPD says the confrontation unfolded around 2:11 a.m. on May 21 outside Alfa Kitchen & Lounge on East 183rd Street, after four patrons allegedly skipped out on a bar tab. Once the group left the venue, two women confronted them on the sidewalk, police say. Detectives have now released surveillance stills and a wanted alert through NYPD Crime Stoppers as they work to track the pair.

According to NYPD Crime Stoppers, both suspects are 24 years old and approached the four unidentified individuals after they left the bar. During the confrontation, one of the women allegedly displayed a firearm and warned the victims, “do not get close to me,” before the pair took off in an unknown direction, according to the bulletin.
