NYC cops hunt for killer who slashed mom on Fourth of July

NYPD officers were hunting for a woman dressed in red, white and blue who allegedly stabbed her mother to death in Queens on Saturday, cops said.

The 30-year-old suspect allegedly cut her 59-year-old mom, identified as Ausha Ramlakhan, in the neck and shoulder with a sharp object around 3:30 p.m. in South Ozone Park, Queens, according to police.
