STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The family of Jordan Yulfo, an Eltingville man who died in a motorcycle crash in early June, has signaled their intent to sue New York City for $25 million.
The 22-year-old’s mother is being represented by the law firm of Grandelli & Eskenasi, which recently filed a notice of claim.
