NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – At least two workers filed lawsuits alleging “dangerous” conditions at the former Pfizer building before it partially caved in on Tuesday, court records show.
PIX11 News previously reported that complaints and violations with the Department of Buildings alleged unsafe conditions, including a worker falling six feet from a ladder.
