Elderly Woman Says NYC Spa Manipulated Her Into Spending $675,000 on ‘Snake Oil’ Treatments as Lawsuit Expands

New York City, New York — A Manhattan beauty clinic is facing serious allegations after three elderly women accused the business of using relentless sales tactics to pressure them into spending more than $800,000 on expensive cosmetic treatments and beauty products.

According to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the women claim employees at Olle Beauty Clinic manipulated, intimidated and emotionally pressured them into making purchases they otherwise would never have agreed to.

The clinic, however, denies all wrongdoing and says the allegations are false.

Woman Claims She Spent $675,000 Over Three Years

The newest plaintiff, 76-year-old Phyllis Sousa, alleges she spent approximately $675,000 at the Upper East Side spa between 2022 and 2025
