One of New York City’s last freestanding Venetian Renaissance-style villas has hit the market for $9.85 million.
Nestled within Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill Historic District, the 5,039-square-foot residence, which is known as the John W. Shepard House, was designed in 1905 by Manhattan architect Theodore C. Visscher.
