Cops in the 113th Precinct have booked an off-duty police officer from Canarsie, accused of punching a man in Queens, breaking his nose and threatening him with his gun, all in front of the man’s 12-year old son.
Kyle Joseph, 30, was arrested July 19 at 4:55 a.m. after getting into a fight outside a home in St. Albans. Joseph is accused of third-degree assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
Joseph has been a police officer in the 69th Precinct, which covers Canarsie in Brooklyn, since 2024. He’s been since suspended without pay, an NYPD spokesperson told the Chronicle…
