A minivan struck and killed a scooter rider in Dyker Heights, police say.
The NYPD identified the victim as 20-year-old Ajpop Walter, who was hit just blocks from his home. It happened just before 5:15 p.m. Wednesday near 14th Avenue and 77th Street.
