Police are investigating after a 15-year-old was found dead shot to death in the Kingsbridge Heights section of The Bronx.
The FDNY says it happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at 2825 Claflin Ave. between W 197th St. and Reservoir Avenue. When crews arrived on scene, the NYPD says Riley Billingslea was already dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
A 13-year-old boy was also discovered with a gunshot graze wound to his torso. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition…
