A gunman opened fire multiple times on a group of people standing outside a Harlem apartment building on Tuesday, August 4, at around 5:20 p.m., then ran off westbound before vanishing into the neighborhood. No one was hit, but police are still searching for the shooter more than a month later and are now offering a cash reward for information.
