The monster accused of fatally beating Lovay Williams in front of her 7-year-old daughter earlier this month tried to turn himself in at a Washington Heights NYPD stationhouse, but was shown the exit instead, The Post has learned.
Tiliek Shamel Thompson and his two cousins went to the 33rd Precinct station around 5 a.m. on Sept. 11, but officers dropped the ball, the NYPD acknowledged.
