NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was pistol-whipped and nearly robbed at a Times Square hotel by a man he met on a dating website, police said Thursday as they released an image of a suspect.
The suspect attacked the 30-year-old victim around 4:25 a.m. Sunday at the Motto by Hilton on West 48th Street, according to cops.
He allegedly struck the victim on the head with a gun and tried to steal his headphones but was unsuccessful. He then fled the hotel and headed westbound on Seventh Avenue, police said…
