More than five years after a 24-year-old man was shot multiple times inside a Westchester County, NY apartment building, the Connecticut man accused of killing him has admitted to murder.
Hartford resident Claismar Abreu Then, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder on Thursday, Sept. 24, in Westchester County Court, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office announced on Friday, Sept. 25.
