Thousands of Hudson Valley residents are without power as a nor’easter hits the East Coast, bringing with it rain, high winds and minor flooding along the Hudson River.
The power outages were concentrated in Ulster County, where over 16,000 residents were without power as of Saturday afternoon, according to Central Hudson. Outages impacting more than 4,000 people were also reported across Orange and Dutchess counties, according to Central Hudson and Orange & Rockland Utilities.
