A New Jersey school district is facing a lawsuit after a student was allegedly assaulted by another child and suffered a broken arm, court records show.
The lawsuit was filed in Bergen County Superior Court on Wednesday, Sept. 23, by a minor identified as A.L., through guardian Katherine Garcia, against the Cliffside Park Board of Education, also known as the Cliffside Park School District.
