A 56-year-old nanny in Secaucus was caught assaulting a child in her care by a retired police officer last week, Chief Dennis Miller announced.
On September 30th at approximately 12:37 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Juvenile Bureau reported to the police on September 25th, the police responded to West New York, Miller said in a statement.
A retired police officer witnessed the assault and the Secaucus Police Department’s Juvenile Bureau identified the suspect who was nanny for the child, who sustained non-serious injuries from the incident, Miller told HCV.
