New York Brothers Accused of Keeping Hit List of Politicians and Celebrities for Human Sacrifice: Prosecutors

Prosecutors did not publicly identify who was included on the list, but ‘banker scum’ was written on it, the district attorney said

Two brothers were arrested in New York after authorities said they found found a collection of homemade explosives and ghost guns, as well as a “human sacrifice” hit list targeting cops, politicians, and celebrities.

On Monday, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced the arrests of Andrew Hatziagelis, 39, and his brother Angelo, 51, on 130 counts, including criminal possession of weapons and related charges.

“The city is safer today,” Katz said in a statement.

A search warrant executed on January 17 at the brothers’ Astoria apartment, which they shared with family members, uncovered an array of deadly weapons.

Items found included assault rifles, semiautomatic “ghost gun” pistols, anarchist propaganda, and improvised explosive devices, including eight operable bombs, the district attorney said.

Ghost guns ” is a term given to firearms that are “unregulated, unserialized, and untraceable.”
