In the first incident, Macias raped a college freshman he took out to dinner by pretending it was a business meeting, officials said. Macias pulled over on the FDR Drive and attacked her in his car at around 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2021.

About two weeks later, Macias raped a woman twice in his car near the intersection of Washington Square North and MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village at around 5 a.m., according to court documents. The defendant and the victim worked together at the club. The woman suffered ear and arm injuries.
