NOW DA Alvin Bragg gets around to indicting migrant cop-beaters (who’ve fled)

Whaddya know? Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has found religion: On Thursday he announced that he’s now secured grand-jury indictments of seven illegal migrants for the beat-down of two NYPD cops last month.

Now that most of the perps have fled the state and are safely in the wind, that is.

And while facing intense heat himself — and renewed calls for Gov. Hochul to fire him.

Accompanied by Mayor Adams, the two men were trying to pull off a belated “do-over” on a case that had made New York a national embarrassment.

Police initially nabbed five of the migrants, but Bragg let several walk without even asking for bail.

One, Jhoan Boada, repaid the favor by flipping the bird (with both hands!) at New Yorkers, who were hosting him free of charge in their city.

Cops believe a group of suspects then promptly hopped a bus out of town.

Bragg claims he couldn’t ask for bail without first solidly confirming he had the right perps.
