Officials: Bronx man arrested in catalytic converter theft in Connecticut

Officials say a Bronx man was arrested on Sunday in Connecticut in connection to a theft of a catalytic converter back in 2018.

Jeraud Anthony, 28, is being charged with third degree larceny, first degree criminal mischief and tampering with a motor vehicle.

The arrest stemmed from an incident back in 2018 where police responded to a report of a “suspicious person working underneath a parked car” on Post Road in Darien.
