It’s been five years since NYC has gotten a full-on Ty Segall rock show and he did not disappoint on on Monday night at Webster Hall. His current band is a little scaled down from the two-drummer face-melting extravaganza that was the First Taste tour, but he’s armed with a tight unit of regular collaborators – guitarist Emmett Kelly, bassist Mikal Cronin, Wand drummer Evan Burrows and keyboardist Ben Boye – who really know each other well as musicians, and they were on fire Monday night.
