Police arrested 19-year-old Henry Thomas in connection to the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old that took place earlier this month.
According to the NYPD, Brooklyn resident Mahki Brown, 16, was shot outside of 233 Spring St. in Manhattan. He was discovered by first responders with a gunshot wound to the head and another to the right thigh.
Thomas has been charged with murder.
