UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, The Bronx (PIX11) – A man was fatally shot in the Bronx during a fight on Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
It happened near Loring Place and Burnside Avenue in University Heights around 10 p.m. The 30-year-old victim, identified by police as Jonathan Cameron, was shot at least five times, sources told PIX11 News.
A 19-year-old man suffered a skull fracture during the fight, according to authorities.
Both were transported to St. Barnabas Hospital.
The 19-year-old man allegedly has two priors, with one being petit larceny, sources said.
