The New York State Police announced local arrests made between Aug. 24 and Sept. 6. Stanton, 60, of Cortland, was arrested on Friday (Sept. 6). The state police report noted that a trooper initiated a traffic stop on Route 11 in Cortlandville observed “a vehicle move from its lane unsafely.”
