New York, NY – A federal lawsuit that sought to hold Former Governor Andrew Cuomo responsible for pandemic-era nursing home deaths, was tossed by a judge Monday. The lawsuit was originally filed in early 2022, more than a year after Attorney General Letitia James’ report showed Cuomo and the Department of Health drastically undercounted the number of COVID-related deaths in nursing homes.
