Man wanted for double shooting in the Bronx

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Friday released surveillance footage of a man wanted in a shooting on a Bronx street last month that left two injured, authorities said.

Just after 12 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, in front of 178 East 174th St. in East Tremont, two suspects discharged a firearm multiple times, striking a 28-year-old man in the abdomen and legs and a 30-year-old man in the legs.

Both gunmen fled on foot with one traveled southbound on Eastburn Avenue, and the other traveled southbound on Morris Avenue, officials said.

EMS transported the 28-year-old male victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.

The 30-year-old man was transported by private means to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in stable condition.
