Disturbed woman robs 7-year-old boy and slaps his mom in NYC mugging at grocery store

A disturbed woman snatched a wad of cash out of a 7-year-old boy’s hand at a Bronx grocery store — and then tussled with his mom, according to cops and surveillance video obtained by The Post Friday.

The child was paying for fruit at Richard’s Fruit and Vegetable on Jerome Avenue near Marcy Place in Mount Eden around 11:40 a.m. Sept. 24 when the burgundy-haired thief ripped the bills out of his hand, police said.

Video obtained from the store shows the heartless mugger snatching the dollars, and then slapping and punching the youngster’s 38-year-old mom, who was pushing a stroller with a baby in it.
