A heartbreaking vigil was held in Harlem for a four-year-old boy, Jahmeik Modlin, who tragically lost his life after being starved to death, allegedly by his parents. The incident took place in an apartment building, just steps away from people who could have potentially intervened and helped. However, Jahmeik’s suffering went unnoticed until it was too late.
