“Do not move. Do not f—king move,” a police officer on body camera told a man wanted for a bloody nationwide crime spree.
The suspect, Raad Noah Almansoori, 26, complied. The Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona arrested him.

Prosecutors in New York City say that Almansoori murdered Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, in a SoHo hotel room on Feb. 7. Their counterparts in Maricopa County, Arizona, say that Almansoori separately tried to kill two women in the cities of Phoenix and Surprise on Feb. 17 and 18.
Documents viewed by Law&Crime state that Scottsdale police got a notice to look out for the suspect’s stolen vehicle after the stabbing on Feb. 18.
