Two adults were found guilty of having abandoned their daughter in the parking lot of the Parx Casino in Pennsylvania. The pair had left their six-year-old girl outside in the parking lot in a Honda CRV car for approximately 45 minutes before security staff discovered the girl inside. The outside temperature at the time of discovery was in the low 20 degrees, roughly -7 degrees Celsius.
