A third-prize Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold in New York City, according to lottery officials. The New York Lottery announced that one winning ticket for the Dec. 28, 2024, drawing matched four white balls and the red Powerball. It was sold at Kisk Newsstand, located at 11 O W 34th St., in Manhattan.
