The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating a 66-year-old woman reported missing from the Pelham Bay section of The Bronx.
Police said that Joyce Russell of 1400 Waters Place was last seen leaving her home on Thursday, Jan. 9, at around 3 p.m. They said she is described as female, Black, is around 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds.
