A 61-year-old man sleeping under a box truck parked on a Bronx street was killed early Thursday when the driver pulled out of the spot, not knowing anyone was beneath the vehicle, police said.
The victim was run over by the Hino 338 truck on Coster St. near Randall Ave. in Hunts Point at about 7:15 a.m., cops said.
Medics rushed him to Lincoln Hospital , where he died from massive injuries to his head and chest. His name was not immediately released…
