HARLEM, NY — A New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) employee was arrested Friday afternoon in Harlem on charges of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Tawan Evans, 38, was taken into custody at approximately 4:31 p.m. within the confines of the 32nd Precinct, according to the NYPD. He was on duty at the time of his arrest.
