Police seeking 3 men who allegedly robbed $12,500 at gunpoint from man in NYC

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual sought for questioning in connection to the Bronx gunpoint robbery of a man as he carried $12,500 in a bag.

On Friday, May 2, at around 11:04 a.m., three unidentified individuals approached a 53-year-old man exiting his vehicle on Gerard Avenue and East 157 Street, in the Bronx, snatching the 53-year-old victim’s bag which contained $12,500, according to the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Acting in concert, one of the unidentified individuals displayed a black firearm while the other two individuals snatched the victim’s bag, the NYPD said.

The unidentified individuals then fled the location in a white Lexus traveling westbound on 157 Street and River Avenue, according to police. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The sought individuals are described by authorities as three Hispanic males in their late twenties, each approximately 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches in height…
