Opera companies across the US are paying tribute to Dennis Whitehead Darling, who has died of critical injuries from a traffic accident sustained in New York on Saturday night. Darling’s most recent production was ‘L’Amant Anonyme’ in February at Opera Philadelphia, warmly reviewed in national media.
