NEW YORK (PIX11) — New details emerged during the arraignment of Arius Williams, as surveillance footage has been recovered, indicating that Montrell Williams was alive when he was thrown off a bridge on May 10.
His father, Arius Williams, 20, has been charged with murder, police said Thursday.
