A 27-year-old U.S. Navy veteran was shot and killed in an apparent road rage incident in New York, per PEOPLE.
On Saturday (June 14), Keino Campbell, 27, was found “unconscious and unresponsive” inside a vehicle in the Bronx just after 2 a.m., New York City Police said.
