THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Bronx babysitter accused of beating several kids, including two with a belt, was arrested Wednesday morning, authorities said.
Lakeysha Jackson, 24, was taken into custody after barricading herself in her Bronx apartment. A warrant was issued for her arrest after she was indicted on assault and weapons charges, according to authorities.
Jackson was arraigned in Bronx Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.
