NEW YORK (PIX11) — The first major heat wave of the summer has arrived in New York City, prompting an extreme heat warning to be issued, according to the National Weather Service.
The warning starts at noon Sunday and lasts through 8 p.m. Tuesday, officials said, and covers all five boroughs.
