‘Scared when I go out’: East Harlem residents urge action against drug crisis

EAST HARLEM, N.Y. (PIX11) — Chronic homelessness and rampant, open drug use are among the notable issues that residents are voicing in East Harlem.

“Believe it or not, it’s gotten worse,” one resident tells PIX11 News.
