NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 32-year-old man pleaded guilty to raping and strangling a woman he followed in SoHo in 2024, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Monday.
Ellow Williams admitted to following the woman to her SoHo apartment building shortly after 4:00 a.m. on April 21, 2024.
According to court documents, Williams then pulled his mask over his face and entered the building behind her. He followed her to the second floor, where he approached her from behind and placed her in a chokehold until she appeared to lose consciousness and then raped her, prosecutors said…
