New Yorkers earning 30, 50, 60, and 80 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, priced from $465/month studios to $2,534/month three bedrooms.
Developed by Radson Development, the 100 percent affordable project brings 212 apartments to the site of a former gas station. The sustainable building is LEED Platinum certified and features rooftop solar panels.
