CASTLE HILL, The Bronx (PIX11) — A Bronx family is demanding answers after their only child, a beautiful baby girl, drowned in a daycare swimming pool.
There are two different memorials set up in the Castle Hill neighborhood. One in front of the daycare center, the other in front of the grieving family’s home.
