Knife-Wielding Protester Slashes Jewish Driver’s Tires at Gaza Rally in Brooklyn

A visibly Jewish man from Crown Heights was targeted during a Gaza protest near Grand Army Plaza around 5:30 PM this week, when a suspect with pro-Hamas signs approached his vehicle and slashed his tires.

The driver immediately alerted Shomrim and kept eyes on the attacker. With help from Shomrim volunteers, the suspect was tracked through Brooklyn North until officers from the NYPD’s 88th Precinct made the arrest.

The attacker was holding a sign that read “Free Gazans” and an obscene message against the First Family. He was found carrying two knives—one used to slash the tires and another in his possession…
