NEW YORK (PIX11) — Many New Yorkers continue to struggle with finding affordable housing, but fortunately, several options are available, including lotteries offered by New York City’s Housing Connect.

The Botanica, an affordable housing complex in Brooklyn, offers 14 one-bedroom apartments with rent that starts at $933, according to NYC Housing Connect.

There are more units available for higher rent. There are no deposits or application fees for the building. Amenities include a shared laundry room, a dishwasher in units, and a rooftop terrace.

Affordable housing lottery in Manhattan with rent as low as $914

The 43-25 52nd Street Apartments in Woodside are offering rent as low as $880.

The building has two studios for $880 a month and four one-bedroom apartments for $933 a month.

Amenities include a shared laundry room, washers and dryers in units, high-speed internet, and an outdoor terrace.
