An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a man from Queens who was visiting Puerto Rico for a Bad Bunny concert.
The Department of Justice filed charges on Friday afternoon against Kalel Jorell Martinez Bristol, 37, for the murder of Kevin Mares.
He was charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a $800,000 bond, the DOJ said…
